1. Information that You Directly and Voluntarily Provide: We may collect information from you through various features when you visit our Website or engage us to perform Services. This information enables us to serve you better and to provide the Services.  Some of the information that we may collect from you, and the features through which we may collect that information, include:

Contact Information: Contact information is information or data that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual. 

Homeowner Demographic Data:Photographs of the property, residence, home systems, and appliances (collectively, “Property Photos”) where Services are to be performed. This information may be acquired in an app such as the Homer app and stored in various cloud storage services like Google Drive.

Property Photos are uploaded to a service such as Latchel as an attachment as support for service requests that will be shared and tracked via the software-enabled service.

Financial Information:

Quotes, estimates, and details about Services rendered will be stored in cloud and commercially available accounting software such as Google Drive, QuickBooks, and FDIC approved financial institutions.  

Customer credit card information is not captured or stored by Astate.  Astate utilizes third party processors such as QuickBooks that capture and process customer transactions and do not share such information with Astate.

2. Information that We Automatically Collect: We or our third-party business partners (including third party service providers, service contractors, third party content providers, advertising or analytics companies and other business partners) may collect certain information whenever you access or interact with our Website or utilize our Services (“Usage Information”) using a variety of tracking and other technologies, such as cookies, local storage, web beacons, embedded scripts, and location data services. These tracking technologies may transfer a unique identifier for your device to a browser, place a cookie on your device, temporarily download code to your device, or use other means to track your access or interactions.

We use these technologies for many purposes, including to make your use of the Website and Services more convenient and to enable us to provide the Services to you.
